Herlushco orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday–Friday (excluding Sundays and major holidays).



We only offer US shipping at this time. 

Standard Ground delivery will occur in 1-3 business days after the order has been processed, for most orders. Orders shipped via Expedited shipping will be delivered on the 1-2 business days after the order was shipped. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

STANDARD GROUND: For in stock items, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

  • Orders shipped Standard Ground via USPS and are typically delivered in 1-3 business days after processing.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.

EXPEDITED: For in stock items, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via Expedited are delivered 1-2 business days after the order was shipped.
  • Expedited shipping does not include Sunday delivery.


 We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging w/returns label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.





Once return inspection is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. You may contact your financial institution , as processing times may vary
