Through guided coaching, we assess your current habits, goals, and challenges related to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. This includes identifying patterns, triggers, and subconscious blocks that may be affecting your consistency or progress.
You will receive practical guidance, personalized recommendations, and a clear plan moving forward. This includes a customized workout plan tailored to your goals, body composition, and areas you want to focus on. This is not a one size fits all approach, your plan is designed to support targeted, intentional results.
You will also receive guidance around meal planning to support your routine, along with holistic supplement recommendations where appropriate.
If additional support is needed, you may also be connected with trusted, certified professionals within my network, including personal trainers, depending on your needs and location.
Continued Coaching Support (Add-On)
For those who want continued guidance beyond the initial session.
This option provides ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as you implement your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes over time.

• Progress tracking and plan adjustments

Check-ins are structured and intended for guidance, feedback, and minor adjustments. This does not include ongoing daily communication or real-time coaching.
