At HERLUSH, all services are time-based, intentional, and prepared in advance. Due to the nature of spiritual consultations and energetic work, all sales are final.

All bookings are non-refundable.

Once a session is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or outcomes.

Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeited appointment. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to respect scheduled bookings. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

 

HERLUSH provides personalized beauty consultations and one-on-one makeup guidance intended to enhance individual appearance, technique, and aesthetic preferences. These services are based on professional opinion and individual goals.

HERLUSH may offer partner referrals to third-party beauty professionals or service providers for additional support. HERLUSH is not responsible for the services, results, or experiences provided by any referred third parties.

Results may vary based on personal effort, skill level, and product use. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with subjective results or personal preferences.

Fitness & Wellness Plans

HERLUSH provides customized fitness, nutrition, and wellness guidance, including personalized plans designed to support individual goals.

HERLUSH may offer partner referrals to third-party professionals, including personal trainers or other wellness providers. HERLUSH is not liable for any services, outcomes, or experiences resulting from third-party referrals.

These services are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Results will vary based on consistency, lifestyle, and individual factors.

Due to the customized nature of these services, all purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Spiritual & Intuitive Services

HERLUSH provides spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, and services rooted in the Isese Ifá tradition. These services are deeply personal and subjective in nature.

Spiritual services are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes and should not be considered a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

6. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & N0- CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder and that you are voluntarily purchasing this service or product.

You understand the nature, scope, and delivery of the service/product and agree that fulfillment begins upon payment and/or as outlined in the service description.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services or products that have been delivered as described.

If you experience any concerns, you agree to contact us directly at legal@herlush.co allow the opportunity for resolution before taking further action.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in action taken to recover any fees, service costs, and administrative expenses incurred.

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
